Last year Manchester was home to the first ever Zombie-Aid event. Zombie-Aid saw around 3,000 people, from all walks of life and ages, dress as Zombies and raise money for local and national charities. Zombie-Aid has now infected the UK and is in 11 UK cities this year.

The success of the event made organiser realise there was a demand for similar events, so The Manchester Monster Mardi Gras - Halloween Parade was born. We hope that 2010 will be the first of many annual Halloween parades and they they grow in size every year.
